Phase 1
Stakeholder Engagement Research: Trauma-Informed Statutory Navigation and Community-Led Advocacy
This is Phase 1 of a wider social impact research project. It is a gentle, safetyācentred listening phase designed to understand identity transitions, emotional landscapes, relational safety, and the barriers people face when engaging with statutory systems. Phase 2: Community Empowerment and Service Access
Following our stakeholder engagement and community advocacy research, this project will work collaboratively with residents, statutory agencies, and community organisations to develop practical solutions that improve service accessibility, strengthen community voice, and create lasting positive outcomes.

Anticipated Start: Early 2027
Phase 3
Community Empowerment & Systems Change (Proposed)
Building upon the foundations established through stakeholder engagement research, statutory navigation, and community-led advocacy, this phase will focus on translating insight into action. Through collaborative working and co-production, we aim to strengthen community influence, improve service accessibility, and support lasting systemic change across local communities.
Potential Start: 2027 (subject to change and approval).
Phase 4
Legacy, Sustainability & Regional Expansion (Proposed)
Following the implementation of community-led solutions and systems change initiatives, this phase will focus on sustaining impact, embedding community voice in decision-making, and expanding successful approaches to benefit wider communities. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building, we aim to create a lasting legacy of inclusive and accessible support.
Potential Start: 2028–2029 (subject to the outcomes of Phases 2 and 3).
